She presented "Overworked, Overwhelmed, Overloaded" to a large group of nurses from different units and departments throughout our organization. This presentation was one of the BEST I have EVER attended!! She provided practical and realistic tips for managing all the "stuff" going on in our daily lives. She promised to teach us how to "get it all done, professionally and personally, get organized, get energized, and become immediately more productive" and she did just that!
