Chinese Calligraphy Team Building

The Challenge
Microsoft sought to host a virtual team-building event that would enhance collaboration, promote mindfulness, and allow employees to connect despite being geographically dispersed. The challenge was to create an engaging and culturally enriching experience that could be enjoyed from the comfort of participants’ homes while fostering team cohesion and morale.

Our Approach
Altus Entertainment partnered with Microsoft to design a unique virtual team-building event centered around a Chinese calligraphy workshop. Led by a skilled and passionate artist, the workshop introduced participants to the basics of brushstrokes and character formation. This hands-on session provided an opportunity for employees to engage in cultural enrichment while encouraging creativity, focus, and relaxation in a collaborative virtual environment.
